Revamped Workout Pages, Supercharged Sending, Marketing Beta Testers Needed, and More
A revamped workouts page with at-a-glance previews, retooled email infrastructure that sends 1,000 emails in about 16 minutes, one-click charging for multiple private events, and a batch of bug fixes.

A revamped workouts page, dramatically faster email sending, simpler private-event charging, and a long list of fixes. Plus: we're heading to NFCA — come say hi.
Baseline's Busy at NFCA!
We're rolling out... ourselves! While our dev team is always pushing code, next month our leadership team is pushing handshakes in Las Vegas.
This isn't a software update, but it's a major opportunity to connect. We're officially attending the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) conference, and we're focused on one thing: talking directly with you about your facility. Stop by and say hi — we'll be at booth #556!
And if you're going to NFCA and want to skip the show floor, we'd love to treat you to a meal and have a focused strategy session about your sports facility. RSVP to set up a time to chat.
Now, let's get onto product updates…
Workouts Get Revamped
The workouts page is one of the most-used parts of our platform, and we knew it could be better. Previously, you had to click around to get a full picture of your schedule.
Now, the revamped workout page includes a preview-view of all events directly on the main page. This gives you an "at-a-glance" look at everything on the docket, making it easier than ever to see your entire schedule without clicking into individual items.
We've also cleaned up the YouTube upload tool, ensuring that every user can have clear video instructions attached to their workouts.
Supercharged Sending Is Here
Ever hit "send" on an email to a large member list and had to wait... and wait? Those days are over. We've completely retooled our email infrastructure to make it faster and more reliable.
We now distribute email sending, spacing each email one second apart. What does that mean for you? Sending 1,000 emails now takes only about 16 minutes for them all to go out. No more wondering if your message went through — just fast, dependable communication with your customers.
Simplified Private Event Charging
We've solved a major pain point for anyone managing private events. Before this update, if you were booking a user for multiple private sessions, you had to charge them for each event one by one.
With our new pricing feature, admins can now charge a user for all private events in their "cart" at once. When creating private events using the "normal pricing" option, you'll see a single "Charge Now" button in the admin event creator. One click, and all selected events are charged.
Other Bug Fixes & Improvements
We also knocked out a long list of smaller bugs and made some quality-of-life improvements:
- Merge Users. Fixed an issue with the merge users feature and a related YouTube error.
- Group Cancellations. Squashed several bugs related to group event cancellations.
- Pricing & Fees. Resolved a bug with the "Free for members" setting and a separate issue where "exempt fees" were not being hidden correctly.
- Event Creation. The system now defaults repeat days to 90. We also fixed a bug that allowed canceling events without the intended users.
