New and Improved Team Management, Link Tracking, Custom Site Builder, Marketing Utility Belt, and more
A full marketing toolkit inside Baseline: run Google and Meta ads from the admin panel, track social and referral links by attributed revenue, capture leads on custom forms, control your own SEO, and build custom web pages.
This release turns Baseline into a full marketing utility belt: run Google and Meta ads from the admin panel, track every social post and referral by attributed revenue, capture leads on custom forms, edit your own SEO, and build custom web pages with a drag-and-drop editor.
Marketing the Marketing Suite
Attracting through Google Ads and Meta Ads
Baseline now lets you run paid advertising directly from the admin panel, with both Google Ads and Meta Ads integrated. The platform automatically attributes customer acquisitions to specific campaigns, so you can see which clicks actually generate revenue.
Already have ad accounts? You can embed your Google Analytics, Google Ads pixel, or Meta pixel using the new site tags manager by simply entering your ID.
Tracking Links with Social Campaigns and Referrals
The new link tracking system answers a question every facility struggles with: which social posts and referral partners actually generate revenue? You can create multiple unique links for different channels, each tracking clicks, device types, browsers, and attributed revenue.
What this means
Capturing on Custom Lead Forms and Campaigns
Lead capture expanded significantly. You can now build campaigns with unlimited customizable questions, both required and optional. Different campaigns serve different purposes — landing page forms, pop-ups for new visitors, and standalone social media links.
Tracking through the Leads Dashboard
The leads dashboard now displays every custom question response. Staff can mark leads as contacted, track follow-ups, and view a customer's complete journey from their initial ad click through purchase completion.
Taking Control of Your SEO
Admins can independently edit meta titles, descriptions, favicons, and site images without submitting a support request, removing the bottleneck on search result optimization.
Growing with More Digital Marketing Tools
New additions to the marketing toolkit include:
- In-website ad management for banners and footers.
- Site tags for managing tracking pixels across the platform.
Building Custom Articles
Admins can now create fully customized articles using a drag-and-drop HTML editor, giving complete control over layout, sections, and content.
Opening Your Schedule to The Public
Public calendars now display your facility schedule without requiring login credentials, helping prospective customers understand what you offer before they sign up.
Invoice Updates
Invoices now properly handle discounts, prepaid events, and refunds, matching front-end checkout pricing. Facility credit balances apply consistently across both checkout and invoice payment methods.
If you're already on Baseline, these updates are live. If you're not, you can see the platform at baselinepro.com.
