Enrollments, Repeat Events, and an AI Auto-Scheduler that Manages Your Trainers
Recurring events with one-click roster generation, continuous 'until they cancel' enrollment, and Jarvis — the AI agent that manages trainer availability by call or text. Plus simpler checkouts and duplicate-free accounts.

Recurring events, continuous enrollment, and an AI agent that manages your trainers' availability over text and phone. This release is all about the repeat work — and making it stop being work.
Repeat Events, Repeat Events, Repeat Events
You can now set up recurring events by choosing a repeat pattern and an end date, and the system automatically generates every instance for you. Need to change one week? Edit a single occurrence. Need to change the rest of the season? Apply the modification to all future events at once.
Rock and Enroll
Continuous enrollment is here for weekly recurring events, enabling "monthly until they cancel" billing. As new weekly events are created, active enrollees are automatically added to the roster. Behind the scenes, the system creates a specialized membership type that inherits the event's settings — waivers, custom questions, pricing, and repeat end dates.
What this means
Auto-Scheduling Through the Power of AI
Trainers can now contact an AI agent named Jarvis by call or text to manage their availability without ever logging into the platform. Jarvis confirms time blocks, reads back the schedule, and handles client notifications when a lesson gets cancelled.
Simpler Checkouts
We streamlined checkout to show pricing options and membership requirements upfront, with the continue button moved to the top of the page so registration completes faster.
No Duplicates Here!
When an existing account holder registers at a different facility using matching contact information, the system now adds the new entitlement to their existing profile instead of creating a duplicate. Multiple linked profiles stay accessible through the primary account holder.
More Bulk Email Options
Admins can now CC multiple email addresses on automated payment reminders and group lesson cancellations, giving staff better visibility into issues as they come up.
(External) Links are Gonna Link
Landing page buttons now support external URLs, so facility owners can point customers to outside resources.
Refreshed Event Registration Page
The event registration interface was rebuilt to show registration details without scrolling, with pricing options and capacity information immediately visible.
